Todd Hess Building Company offers exceptional commercial construction, maintenance and restoration services, simplifying the client or adjuster's job of finding the very best contractor for every need! Our Construction Management team specializes in seismic upgrades, tenant improvements, and commercial and municipal construction. We are proud to be responsible for the construction of complex LEED Platinum projects; we make "green building" a serious priority and commitment. Our construction jobs are tailored to each customer's needs, handling jobs from under $10,000 up to $6,000,000. Additionally, we provide a Facilities Maintenance department to manage smaller repair, installation, demolition, handyman, electrical and plumbing projects. Most recently, we have developed a Property Restoration department that works in conjunction with the Insurance industry, and is designed to mitigate and repair the effects of water or fire damage.
