Todd serves as an active, hands-on president, estimator and project manager. He becomes fully integrated into the project, taking full responsibility for the management of the entire construction team. At the age of 13, Todd started working summers at his father's construction business, and continued in construction through high school and college. In 1982, he founded Todd Hess Building Company. Todd's personal and professional adherence to service with integrity has laid the solid foundation of THBC.
