Janis became co-owner of THBC in 1990 and administers THBC's accounting system. As Controller, she also serves as the liaison for insurance, bonding and banking matters. She demonstrates her passion for serving others in her community by actively volunteering for organizations such as YoungLife and the Washington Family Ranch.
