Project Description
Construction of this 8,720sf three-story building involved nearly an all-inclusive remodel of offices, conference rooms, open offices, front entrance canopy, concrete work, and four ADA compliant restrooms. We reframed the entire east wall, added windows, and installed French-style doors by the entertainment deck.
Highlights
This renovation and seismic upgrade was completed in one of the very few historical buildings still standing in Portland.
