Project Description
This complete tenant improvement involved upgrading almost everything. All was painted; windows, doors and carpet were replaced. Walls were moved in order to create six new offices. Both the conference room and tenant space were expanded. The lunch room was rebuilt and included the installation of faux wood flooring and granite countertops. The elevator lobby was re-done with beautiful cherry wood paneling and a custom Persian rug.
Highlights
So as to not interrupt the client's business, we worked every weekend and from 6 p.m. - 2 a.m. every night.
