Project Description
Converted approx. 12,000 SF of commercial office space into a school. The work included demolition, new walls and ceilings, new restrooms, increasing capacity of existing restrooms, creating staff kitchen and lounge, structural upgrades, HVAC and electrical upgrades, new security, fire and bells systems along with exterior parking lot improvements and work in the fire sprinkler vault. This project required close coordination with the design team, local municipalities and full cooperation from all sub contractors.
Highlights
This work was substantially done in 3 weeks. It was the fastest project performed per square foot of any project performed by THBC.
